W22 – WMagnet
A close-up of a machine Description automatically generated

WMagnet motors are synchronous motors with permanent high performance magnets inside their rotor resulting in differentiated characteristics. The WMagnet Line offers more horsepower per frame size, wide range of torque with constant torque without the need for forced ventilation and higher lifespan. WEG technology provides greater efficiency, quality and saving for the industry.

Characteristics of the CFW-11 Inverter:

Permanent Magnets:

The WMagnet utilises powerful permanent magnets made from a combination of neodymium, iron and boron (NdFeB), and commonly referred to as rare-earth magnets. These magnets are some eighteen times stronger than traditional Ferrite Magnets. In order to provide superior mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, the Neodymium/Iron/Boron magnets are covered with a protective epoxy coating.
